The Franklin Police Department responded to 29 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
1/6/2013 @ 12:02 AM, SAMUEL DEWAN MITCHELL, 34, of Fox Lane - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 2nd offense. Mr. Mitchell was processed and held on a $2500 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
1/6/2013 @ 11:12 AM, MICHAEL HEBERT, 41, of Morris Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Mr. Morris was processed and released on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
1/6/2013 @ 11:14 AM, TRACEY HEBERT, 45, of Morris Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Mr. Hebert was processed and released on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
1/4/2013, A 16 year male was arrested and charged with Simple Burglary. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending juvenile court proceedings.
