The Franklin Police Department responded to 16 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
12/26/2012 at 3:06 PM, Cedric D. Dupas, 25, of Blakesley Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant dated December 24, 2012, charging him with Hit and Run Driving. Mr. Dupas was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
12/26/2012, A 12 year old male was arrested and charged with 2 Counts Simple Battery and Criminal Damage to Property Over $500.00. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
12/26/2012, A 13 year old male was arrested and charged with Criminal Damage to Property, Ungovernable Juvenile and Simple Assault. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
