The Franklin Police Department responded to 25 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
12/17/2012 @ 4:24 PM, CHRISSY M. CHAUVIN, 22, of Cedar Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Theft Under $300.00. Ms. Chauvin was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
12/17/2012, A 13 year old male was arrested and charged with Theft. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
