Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 30 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
12/7/2012 @ 11:40 PM, IVORY LEE FINE, 24, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, No Drivers License, Failure To Yield To Emergency Vehicles, Resisting an Officer, Open Alcohol Container and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Mr. Fine was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
12/7/2012 @ 4:59 PM, JASON JOSEPH ADAMS, 37, of Malcolm Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Profanity. Mr. Adams was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
12/8/2012 @ 10:01 PM, JASON JOSEPH ADAMS, 37, of Malcolm Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace. Mr. Adams was processed and released on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
12/9/2012 @ 11:37 PM, WILLIAM LEE BARCONEY, 39, of Sucre Cir - Abbeville, LA
was arrested and charged with Speeding 40/25, Driving Under Suspension for Certain Prior Offenses, No Proof of Insurance and No Registration in Vehicle. Mr. Baconey was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
