The Franklin Police Department responded to 11 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
12/6/2012 @ 12:35 PM, LAQUAN J. BABINEAUX, 21, of Rosemary Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Interference With Duties of a Police Officer. Mr. Babineaux was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
12/6/2012 @ 9:54 PM, MATTHEW PAUL GREEN, 17, of Hwy 182 - Centerville, LA was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana - 1st offense. Mr. Green was processed and released on a $2000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
