Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 16 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
11/29/2012 @ 9:54 AM, DEBRIANTE JAVON SCOTT, 19, of Seventh Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on warrants issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with 3 Counts Failure To Appear. Mr. Scott was processed and released to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office.
11/29/2012 @ 2:14 PM, JOSHUA PAUL NORRIS, 20, of Weber Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. Norris was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
