The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

11/26/2012 @ 1:29 PM, ALEX JAMES LANDRY, 17, of Weber Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant dated November 23, 2012, charging him with Second Degree Battery With Medical Attention. Mr. Landry was processed and released on a $5000.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

11/26/2012 @ 3:44 PM, CATHY ANN FUHRER, 63, of Ibert Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Obscenity. Ms. Fuhrer was processed and released to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
