The Franklin Police Department responded to 20 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
11/1/2012 @ 10:40 AM, JULESIA A. DRUILHET, 18, of Railroad Avenue - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated October 4, 2012, charging her with Simple Battery. Ms. Druilhet was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
11/1/2012 @ 12:05 PM, TORY JAMES PICHOFF, 21, of Evia Lane - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile. Mr. Pichoff was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
11/1/2012 @ 6:08 PM, DARREN JAMAL CAFFERY, 18, of Willow Street - Franklin, LA
while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center was processed on a warrant for the Franklin Police Department, charging him with 7 Counts Aggravated Rape. Mr. Caffery was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
11/1/2012 @ 6:50 PM, DIONA L. LAYTON-CAGE, 40, of Railroad Avenue - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated October 4, 2012, charging her with Simple Battery. Ms. Layton-Cage was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
