The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
10/29/2012 @ 12:41 PM, MICHELLE MARIE THERIOT, 24, of East Rosebud - Baldwin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated September 21, 2012, charging her with Simple Assault. Ms. Theriot was processed and released to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
10/29/2012 @ 2:08 PM, TRIVAUGHN D. RUDOLPH, 21, of Baptiste Street - Baldwin, LA
was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with Failure To Appear on the charge of Driving Under Suspension. Mr. Rudolph was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
