Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 17 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
10/18/2012 @ 1:11 PM, ANTHONY LEE WELLS, 59, of Antigo Alley - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office, charging him with Criminal Trespass. Mr. Wells was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
10/18/2012 @ 7:37 PM, PAUL EDWARD BURGESS, 51, of Sanders Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with Failure To Appear on the charge of Violation of Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Burgess was additionally charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 3rd offense. Mr. Burgess was processed and held on a $232.50 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court and 16th Judicial District Court.
10/18/2012 @ 7:53 PM, SADADRA BOATMAN, 26, of Ash Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging her with Failure To Appear on the charge of Simple Battery. Ms. Boatman was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
