The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
9/25/2012 @ 1:12 PM, JOHN RILEY, 23, of Magnolia Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office, charging him with Failure To Appear. Mr. Riley was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in Lafayette Parish.
9/25/2012 @ 3:10 PM, JONAH THOMAS MADISON, 18, of Clark Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on warrants dated September 22, 2012, charging him with Terrorizing and Criminal Mischief. Mr. Madison was additionally charged with Communicating of False Information of Planned Bombing on School Property, Terrorizing, Criminal Mischief and Fraudulent Portrayal of a Law Enforcement Officer of Firefighter. Mr. Madison was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center where he is being held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
9/25/2012 @ 7:18 PM, TYRONE WILLIAMS JR., 45, of Antigo Alley - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Looting and Criminal Trespassing. Mr. Williams was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
9/25/2012 @ 10:03 PM, GARY JONES, 45, of Ibert Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Simple Battery. Mr. Jones was processed and held on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
