Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 13 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
9/24/2012 @ 10:35 AM, SHANNON DWAYNE CARSON, 38, of Martin Luther King Blvd - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine With Intent to Distribute and Violation of Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Law in Drug Free Zone. Mr. Carson was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
9/24/2012 @ 3:13 PM, BLAINE MATTHEW CASE, 18, of Hwy 182 West - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated September 17, 2012, charging him with Simple Assault. Mr. Case was processed and released on a $250.00 cash bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
9/24/2012, Two eleven year old males were arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Both juveniles were processed and released to legal guardians, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
