Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
9/20/2012 @ 6:23 PM, MANUEL LOUIS ARNOUVILLE, 40, of Jamie Court - Morgan City, LA
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated - 2nd offense and Driving Under Suspension for Certain Prior Offenses. Mr. Arnouville was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/20/2012 @ 7:39 PM, GALEN THOMAS GAUDET, 53, of Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Remaining Where Forbidden. Mr. Gaudet was processed and held on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
9/20/2012, Two 12 year old males were arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace by Fighting. The juveniles were processed and released to a legal guardians, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
