PRESS RELEASE
The Franklin Police Department responded to 43 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
9/14/2012 @ 8:02 PM, TESHILONNE ALDREKA THOMAS, 19, of St. Charles Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Simple Battery. Ms. Thomas was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/14/2012 @ 10:55 PM, ROBERT MCDANIEL, 30, of Willow Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with No Drivers License, Open Alcohol Container and Loud Music - 2nd offense. Mr. McDaniel was processed and released on a $1250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/16/2012 @ 4:29 AM, TRAVIS THEAPOLUS SOPHUS, 27, of Millender Drive - Marrero, LA
was arrested and charged with Reckless Operation, No Valid Drivers License and Speeding. Mr. Sophus was processed and released on a $1750.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/16/2012 @ 7:12 PM, DELORES POLIDORE, 48, of St. John Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery. Ms. Polidore was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
9/16/2012 @ 8:37 PM, CHRISTOPHER LYNN WHITE, 35, of St. John Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery. Mr. White was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
9/16/2012 @ 10:16 PM, XAVIER JARRAD MCGHEE, 21, of Magnolia Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Reckless Operation, Expired License Plate and Possession of Marijuana. Mr. McGhee was processed and released on a $3250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
9/15/2012, A 14 year old male was arrested and charged with Violation of Court Orders and Ungovernable Juvenile. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
