The Franklin Police Department responded to 16 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
9/12/2012 @ 9:30 AM, TRAVIS DEWAYNE DAVIS, 28, of Madison Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated May 3, 2012, charging him with Operating A Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. Mr. Davis was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/12/2012 @ 10:12 AM, KIMMY RAY DAUNTAIN, 35, of Fifth Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated August 8, 2012, charging him with Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. Dauntain was processed and released on a $2000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/12/2012 @ 10:41 AM, KRESHONDA MILLER, 28, of Nolan Duchane Drive - Jeanerette, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office, charging her with Domestic Abuse Battery. Ms. Miller was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
9/12/2012 @ 9:38 PM, TIFFANY NICOLE ALCINA, 29, of Cane Road - Centerville, LA
was arrested on warrants dated August 9, 2012, charging her with Telephone Harassment, Violation of Protective Order, Disturbing The Peace By Profanity and 2 Counts Simple Assault. Ms. Alcina was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
9/12/2012 @ 10:21 PM, RAYMOND TERRY CHAPMAN, 32, of Elm Street - Centerville, LA
was arrested and charged with Two Tail Lights Required, DL Not on Person, Expired Drivers License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 2nd offense. Mr. Chapman was processed and held on a $3250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
