The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
9/11/2012 @ 10:05 AM, ARIEL ALEXIS DARBY, 17, of Seventh Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on warrants charging her with Simple Battery, Battery of a School Teacher and Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Ms. Darby was processed and released on a $3250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/11/2012 @10:11 AM, WILBERT MITCHELL, 47, of Easy Street - Franklin, LA
while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center was processed on a warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with Failure To Appear on traffic charges. Mr. Mitchell was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
