Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 13 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
8/28/2012 @ 10:05 PM, KENNETH SMITH, 52, of Pine Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Remaining Where Forbidden and Open Alcohol Container. Mr. Smith was processed and held on a $750.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
8/28/2012 @ 11:56 PM, CHRISTOPHER DEON JONES, 27, of Robertson Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery. Mr. Jones was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
8/29/2012 @ 12:15 AM, THERESA BREANNA WILLIAMS, 23, of Robertson Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery. Ms. Williams was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
8/28/2012, A 14 year old male was arrested and charged with Ungovernable Juvenile, Simple Battery and Damage To Property. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
8/28/2012, A 15 year old female was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Profanity. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
