The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
8/8/2012 @ 2:15 PM, CHERAMIE LYNN BLACKBURN, 31, of S. Beedle Road - Lafayette, LA
was arrested on warrants charging her with Criminal Damage to Property, Inciting a Riot, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile and Obstruction of a Public Passage. Ms. Blackburn was processed and released on a $3500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
8/8/2012 @ 5:17 PM, LANCE CHARLES BILLODEAU, 20, of Kelly Drive - Patterson, LA
was arrested and charged with Driving Under Suspension, Careless Operation and Open Alcohol Container. Mr. Billodeau was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
8/9/2012 @ 1:00 AM, JOHN PETER RILEY, 24, of Magnolia Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace and Simple Battery. Mr. Riley was processed and held on a $750.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
8/9/2012 @ 1:00 AM, WILLIE MAE BECKETT, 20, of Nugier Ave - Abbeville, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace and Simple Battery. Ms. Beckett was processed and held on a $750.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
8/8/2012, A 16 year old female was arrested and charged with Obstructing a Public Passage and Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
