Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 35 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
8/2/2012 @ 1:52 PM, MICHAEL ANTHONY JR., 20, of Bayou Black - Gibson, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office, charging him with Failure To Appear on traffic charges. Mr. Anthony was processed and released to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office.
8/3/2012 @ 12:02 PM, SHAQUILLE LATROY CONNER, 21, of Kemper Road - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office, charging him with Failure To Appear on a traffic charge. Mr. Conner was processed and released on a $285.00 cash fine.
8/3/2012 @ 9:29 PM, BARRY JAMES ROUCHON JR., 24, of Chatsworth Road - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Resisting an Officer and Battery on a Police Officer. Mr. Rouchon was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
8/3/2012 @ 9:29 PM, TAKEILA LAQUAN ROUCHON, 29, of Blakesley Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Interference of a Police Officer in Performance of Duties. Ms. Rouchon was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
8/4/2012 @ 10:09 PM, LAQUAN J. BOWIE, 29, of Hanson Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Simple Battery. Mr. Bowie was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
8/6/2012 @ 2:32 AM, DAROLD K. HAWKINS, 57, of Curtis Drive - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated - 1st offense and Reckless Operation. Mr. Hawkins was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
8/2/2012, A 16 year old female was arrested and charged with Ungovernable Juvenile. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
8/3/2012, A 14 year old male was arrested and charged with Ungovernable Juvenile. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
