The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
7/12/2012 @ 12:06 PM, CHRISTOPHER KEITH SILAS, 34, of Montang Street - New Iberia, LA
was arrested by the 3rd Ward Marshal's Office on Bench Warrants issued by their department, charging him with 2 Counts Failure To Appear. Mr. Silas was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
7/12/2012 @ 2:24 PM, JASON FLOYD CLARK, 23, of Joseph Street - Baldwin, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by 15th Judicial District Court (Lafayette Parish), charging him with Failure To Appear. Mr. Clark was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 15th Judicial District Court.
7/12/2012 @ 3:22 PM, RAY JACKSON, 55, of Collins Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Illegal Possession of Stolen Things. Mr. Jackson was processed and released to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
7/12/2012 @ 3:36 PM, ROBERT WAYNE PROVOST, 47, of Gonsoulin Street - Jeanerette, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court (Iberia Parish), charging him with Failure To Appear. Mr. Provost was processed and released to the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office.
7/13/2012 @ 7:38 AM, TREMAINE HERBERT JONES, 23, of Lee Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on warrants dated June 1, 2012, charging him with Domestic Abuse Battery - 2nd offense and False Imprisonment. Mr. Jones was also processed on a warrant dated June 4, 2012, charging him with Telephone Communications, Improper Language. Mr. Jones was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
