Franklin Daily Arrest Report

The Franklin Police Department responded to 21 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

6/26/2012 @ 8:31 AM, DARIUS JAMAL JACKSON, 23, of Tupelo Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on warrants charging him with 2 Counts Resisting an Officer by Flight. Mr. Jackson was also processed on warrants issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with 2 Counts Failure To Appear on the charges of Criminal Neglect of Family and Simple Criminal Damage to Property Under $500.00. Mr. Jackson was processed and later transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center where he was held on a $6203.33 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court and no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

6/26/2012 @ 12:10 PM, JACQUELINE ANTONIA HARVEY, 28, of Grandwood - Patterson, LA was arrested on warrants dated May 16, 2012, charging her with Simple Battery and Resisting an Officer by Giving False Information. Ms. Harvey was processed and released on a $1500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

6/26/2012 @ 12:46 PM, STERLING JEROME JONES, 23, of Main Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace. Mr. Jones was processed and released on a $247.50 cash bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

6/26/2012 @ 12:46 PM, LAKEIDRA LASHAY HART, 20, of Main Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Ms. Hart was processed and released on a $247.50 cash bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

6/26/2012 @ 7:22 PM, TYLER JOHN SULTAN, 20, of Hebert Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant dated June 23, 2012, charging him with Aggravated Assault. Mr. Sultan was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

6/26/2012 @ 11:14 PM, ROGER RAY CAMPBELL, 21, of Sixth Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Trespass and Unauthorized Entry of a Place of Business. Mr. Campbell was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

JUVENILE ARRESTS:
6/27/2012, A 12 year old female was arrested and charged with Runaway Juvenile and Violation of Court Order (Curfew). The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
