The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
6/26/2012 @ 12:15 AM, LONNIE RAY BAKER, 20, of Martin Luther King Blvd - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Remaining Where Forbidden. Mr. Baker was processed and held on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
IWC ARRESTS:
6/25/2012 @ 10:07 AM, ODELL PHILLIPS JR., 39, of Second Street - Franklin, LA was issued a summons to appear in 16th Judicial District Court on the charge of Issuing Worthless Checks.
