The Franklin Police Department responded to 13 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

6/1/2012 @ 3:27 AM, MICHAEL HUVAL SONNIER, 25, of Magnolia Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery and Simple Battery. Mr. Sonnier was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
