The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
5/15/2012 @ 10:53 AM, TAJH JEON GUILBEAU, 21, of Easy Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with Failure To Appear on the charge of Issuing Worthless Checks. Mr. Guilbeau was processed and released on a $7000.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court
5/15/2012 @ 9:35 PM, DEANA JOY SHEATS, 34, of Greer Road - Youngsville, LA was arrested and charged with Theft of Goods (Under $300). Ms. Sheats was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
5/15/2012 @ 9:35 PM, JACQUELINE ANTONIA HARVEY, 27, of Migues Street - New Iberia, LA was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace and Theft of Goods (Under $300). Ms. Harvey was processed and released on a $1250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
