Franklin Daily Arrest Log - November 30, 2010:
11-29-2010 @ 10:49 AM, 46, Carl Collins Sr., of Fourth Street - Franklin, La while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department was processed on a warrant for Violation of Protective Order. Mr. Collins is held on a $5,000.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
11-29-2010 @ 11:03 PM, 47, Raymond Provost Jr. of Park Ave - Franklin, La was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. Provost was processed and held with no bond set at time of Press Release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
11-29-2010 @ 5:16 PM, A 15 year old white male was arrested and charged with Underage Possession of Tobacco Products. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
