Franklin Daiy Arrest Report- July 16, 2010
July 15, 2010 at 8:39 AM, 36, Kwan Lanceslin, of Chitimacha Trail - Baldwin, LA was arrested on a warrant for Franklin Police Department for Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. Lanceslin was processed and released on a $1,000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
July 16, 2010 at 4:21 AM, A 15 year old black female was arrested and charged with Runaway Juvenile and Night Time Curfew. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
