1/10/2012 @ 9:33 AM, 26, Jarred Brown, of Seventh Street - Franklin, La while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department Mr. Brown was processed on Bench Warrants for 3rd Ward City Court. Mr. Brown was processed and held on a $788.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
1/10/2012 @ 1:25 PM, JOYCE AMELIA LOMBUS, 20, of Iberia Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery - 2nd offense, Resisting An Officer With Force, Resisting An Officer By Flight and Disturbing The Peace. Ms. Lombus was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
1/11/2012 @ 3:10 AM, MICHAEL SHAWN MEYER, 19, of Cypress Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Theft Under $300 - 3rd offense, Simple Burglary of a Vehicle, Criminal Trespassing, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Meyer was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
