2/14/2012 @ 10:03 AM, ELZINA MARIE CHARLES, 21, of Jolivette Street - Baldwin, LA was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging her with Failure To Appear on the charge of Telephone Harassment. Ms. Charles was additionally charged with Speeding 40/25, Child Restraint and No Drivers License on Person. Ms. Charles was processed and released on a $346.50 cash bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/14/2012 @ 10:30 AM, CARMELITA DANIELLE FERGUSON, 38, of Park Avenue - Franklin, LA while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department was processed on a Bench Warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging her with Failure To Appear on the charge of Remaining Where Forbidden. Ms. Ferguson was processed and held on a $282.50 cash bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
