12/8/2011 @ 11:11 AM, YOLANDA F. PITTS, 35, of Hawkins Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging her with Failure To Appear. Ms. Pitts was also processed on a warrant issued by City Court of New Iberia, charging her with Failure To Pay Fine. Ms. Pitts was processed and released on a $207.50 cash fine for 3rd Ward City Court and a $525.00 fine for City Court of New Iberia.
12/8/2011 @ 11:31 AM, ANTHONY BOURDA, 31, of E. Long Street - Baldwin, LA was arrested and charged with Speeding 25/15 and No Drivers License. Mr. Bourda was processed and released on a $245.00 cash fine.
12/8/2011 @ 8:32 PM, SHERELLE CHERISE MARTIN, 28, of Hammond Road - Lafayette, LA was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery and Aggravated Assault With A Knife. Ms. Martin was processed and released on a $3000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
12/8/2011 @ 8:35 PM, DAWAYNE STEWART, 40, of Gibbs Road - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. Stewart was processed and released on a $3000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
12/9/2011 @ 12:42 AM, JACOB MCCALISTER BELL, 57, of Fifth Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Bell was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
