12-2-2010 @ 3:20 PM, 20, Kearney McDaniel, of 7th Street - Franklin, La was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Cocaine With The Intent to Distribute. Mr. McDaniel was processed and held with no bond set at time of Press Release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
12-2-2010 @ 3:40 PM, 19, Spencer Bourda, of 9th Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine With Intent To Distribute. Mr. Bourda was processed and held with no bond set at time of Press Release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
12-3-2010 @ 1:33 AM, 51, Barry Darby, of Easy Street - Franklin, La was arrested on a Bench Warrant for 3rd Ward City Court for Failure to Appear for the charge of Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Darby was processed and held on a $903.50 fine to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
