12/2/2011 @ 1:51 PM, EARL JOSEPH OTIS, 48, of Talbot Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace - Intoxicated and Remaining Where Forbidden. Mr. Otis was processed and held on a $750.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
12/28/2011 @ 8:41 PM, RONALD P. HAWKINS, 54, of Hawkins Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial Court charging him with Probation Violation. Mr. Hawkins was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
12/28/2011 @ 9:30 PM, CHASETTE EVETTE JONES CHAPMAN, 37, of Isabella Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Driving Under Suspension. Ms. Chapman was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
