Franklin Daily Arrest Log - December 2, 2010:
12-1-2010 @ 8:17 AM, 24, Tonya Clements, of East Main Street - Franklin, LA was arrested by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office and processed on warrants for Franklin Police Department for Forgery and Theft by Fraud. Ms. Clements was held with no bond set at time of Press Release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
12-1-2010 @ 5:38 PM, 61, Joseph Wilson Jr., of Irish Bend Road - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Hit and Run With Injuries. Mr. Wilson was processed and released to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
