Franklin Daily Arrest Log - December 16, 2010:
12/15/2010 @ 7:11 PM, DUGAN JOSEPH BURLEIGH, 30, of Verdunville Road - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated - 3rd offense, Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Headlights When Required, Criminal Damage To Property, Possession of Schedule IV Narcotics (Xanax) and Resisting An Officer By Refusing To Be Booked. Mr. Burleigh was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
12/15/2010 @ 8:06 PM, JACK RUSSELL WARREN JR., 47, of Verot School Road - Lafayette, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by the City Court of Lafayette. Mr. Warren was processed and held on a $500.00 bond.
