Franklin Arrest Report

PRESS RELEASE
The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
1/27/2010 @ 1:47 PM, JARED JERRELL HILLIARD, 18, of Sixth Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated January 5, 2010, charging him with Simple Battery. Mr. Hilliard was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
1/27/2010 @ 3:29 PM, HAROLD C. LOVELY, 23, of Bud Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated November 17, 2009, charging him with Principal To Second Degree Battery and Principal To Cruelty To The Infirmed. Mr. Lovely was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
1/27/2010, A 16 year old black male was arrested and charged with Daytime Curfew Violation. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
