Franklin Arrest Report: October 28, 2009

The Franklin Police Department responded to 25 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

10/27/2009 @ 6:08 PM, TAMMY LYNN GUILBEAU, 30, of Donna Drive - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office, charging her with
Theft Over $500.00. Ms. Guilbeau was processed and released to the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office.

10/27/2009 @ 8:36 PM, BEN PATRICK LOUVIERE, 31, of Pine Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Loud Music, Driving Without A Drivers License and Possession of Marijuana - 2nd Offense. Mr. Louviere was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
