Franklin Arrest Report: January 07, 2010

The Franklin Police Department responded to 19 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

1/6/2010 @ 9:28 AM, ANTOINE D. WEBB, 27, of Navasota Street - Houston, TX

was arrested on a warrants issued by the Chitimacha Police Department, charging him with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Theft Under $300.00. Mr. Webb was additionally charged with Possession of Marijuana - 2nd Offense. Mr. Webb was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

IWC ARRESTS:

1/6/2010 @ 9:31 AM, MONICA PETERS, 31, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA

was issued a summons to appear in 16th Judicial District Court, on the charge of Issuing Worthless Checks.

JUVENILE ARRESTS:

1/6/2010, A 16 year old black male was arrested and charged with Curfew Violation. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
