The Franklin Police Department responded to 8 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
7/6/2012 @ 5:01 AM, DWAYLON PAUL JENKINS, 27, of Weber Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with Failure To Appear on the charge of Simple Battery. Mr. Jenkins was processed and released on a $250.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
