Franklin Arrest Report 3/12/13

The Franklin Police Department responded to 16 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
3/11/2013 @ 10:16 AM, LEO PAUL GRADLEY JR., 52, of Martin Luther King Blvd - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. Gradley was processed and released on a $2500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
3/11/2013 @ 12:52 PM, CLANEISHA NICOLE BRIDGET, 21, of Martin Luther King Blvd - Patterson, LA was arrested and charged with No Drivers License, No Insurance and Switched License Plate. Ms. Bridget was processed and released on a $750.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
3/11/2013 @ 4:39 PM, KENNETH SMITH, 53, of Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace - Intoxicated, Impeding the Flow of Traffic and Open Alcohol Container. Mr. Smith was processed and held on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
3/11/2013, A 12 year old male was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
3/11/2013, A 12 year old and a 13 year old were both arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace by Fighting. Both were processed and released to legal guardians, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
