The Franklin Police Department responded to 9 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
3/5/2013, Two females, ages 12 and 14 were arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Both were processed and released to legal guardians, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
