The Franklin Police Department responded to 9 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
2/23/2012 @ 2:02 PM, CAROL ANN STEPHENSON, 53, of Taryn Lane - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Theft. Ms. Stephenson was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
