Franklin Arrest Report 2/16/12

The Franklin Police Department responded to 10 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
2/15/2012 @ 9:40 AM, HAROLD PATRICK DUGAS III, 37, of Lahasky Street - Youngsville, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated January 12, 2012, charging him with Telephone Harassment. Mr. Dugas was processed and released to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
2/15/2012 @ 1:32 PM, VINCENT AUDRELL THOMAS SR., 39, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested by the 3rd Ward Marshal's Office on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with Failure To Appear for Revocation. Mr. Thomas was processed and released to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office.
2/15/2012 @ 5:25 PM, ROMAN KEITH BAKER, 35, of Iberia Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office, charging him with Illegal Possession of Stolen Things. Mr. Baker was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
