The Franklin Police Department responded to 11 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
1/30/2013 @ 3:34 PM, JOSHUA PAUL NORRIS, 21, of Weber Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant dated January 8, 2013, charging him with Theft Over $500.00 but Under $1500.00 ($1439.28). Mr. Norris was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
