The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
1/29/2013, A 12 year old male was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
