The Franklin Police Department responded to 22 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
1/28/2013 @ 11:11 AM, PHILLIP J. COMEAUX, 41, of Main Street - Franklin, LA. while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department was processed on a warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with Failure To Appear on the charges of Domestic Abuse Battery and Disturbing The Peace - Intoxicated. Mr. Comeaux was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
1/28/2013, A 15 year old male was arrested and charged with Driver Must Be Licensed and Curfew Violation. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
