The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
January 8, 2010

1/7/2010 @ 9:00 AM, IESHA PATRICE DAVIS, 18, of Cayce Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant dated December 3, 2009, charging him with Unauthorized use of a Movable. Ms. Davis was processed and released on a $2000.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

1/7/2010 @ 2:03 PM, RICKEY ROBERT MCCOVINS, 24, of Main Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with Failure To Appear. Mr. McCovins was additionally charged with Possession of Marijuana - 1st Offense. Mr. McCovins was processed and held on a $2402.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
