FRANKLIN ARREST LOG 03/26/12

The Franklin Police Department responded to 39 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:

3/23/2012 @ 8:26 AM, DAMIEN D. PERRO, 27, of Ibert Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace - Intoxicated. Mr. Perro was processed and held on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

3/23/2012 @ 9:48 AM, JAWASKI JAVON SAM, 18, of Shot Street - New Iberia, LA was arrested on a warrant dated March 2, 2012, charging him with Simple Robbery. Mr. Sam was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

3/23/2012 @ 7:34 PM, FREDERICK DOUGLAS SNEED, 46, of Caffery Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on warrants issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with 2 Counts Failure To Appear, one on the charge of Criminal Neglect of Family and the other for Drug Court. Mr. Sneed was processed and held on a $128,704.96 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

3/23/2012 @ 9:23 PM, WILLIAM LEE BARCONEY, 39, of Sucre Circle - Abbeville, LA was arrested and charged with Loud Music, Driving Under Suspension, Driving While Intoxicated - 1st offense, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test and Resisting an Officer With Force. Mr. Barconey was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

3/24/2012 @ 12:25 AM, TERRI L. BOOK, 49, of Hwy 120 - Robeline, LA was arrested and charged with Speeding By Radar 100/70, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Open Alcohol Container, Driving While Intoxicated - 1st offense, Reckless Operation and Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Ms. Book was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

3/26/2012 @ 2:59 AM, JOEL ANDREW LOUSTALOT, 25, of Cayce Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on a warrant dated December 20, 2011, charging him with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Mr. Loustalot was processed and held on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
