The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
3/22/2012 @ 6:20 PM, RAYMOND JAMES JACKSON, 35, of Trowbridge Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Mr. Jackson was processed and released on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
3/22/2012 @ 6:20 PM, HAROLD LEE DEFILS, 21, of Trowbridge Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. Mr. Defils was processed and released on a $346.50 cash bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
