The Franklin Police Department responded to 7 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
3/12/2012 @ 3:38 PM, DIRK G. LOUVIERE, 48, of Fletcher Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of an Access Card and Felony Theft. Mr. Louviere was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
