FRANKLIN ARREST LOG 02/22/12

The Franklin Police Department responded to 24 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

2/21/2012 @ 3:39 PM, AARON ALEXANDER CAGE, 20, of Cherry Street - Patterson, LA

was arrested and charged with Remaining Where Forbidden, Resisting An Officer With Force and Resisting An Officer By Flight. Mr. Cage was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

2/21/2012 @ 4:36 PM, YVETTE A. PERRY, 38, of Willow Street - Franklin, LA

was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace and Resisting An Officer With Force. Ms. Perry was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

2/21/2012 @ 5:31 PM, MELVIN TROY THOMAS, 38, of Simcoe Street - Lafayette, LA

was arrested and charged with Simple Battery, 2 Counts Battery on a Police Officer, Disturbing The Peace and Resisting An Officer With Force. Mr. Thomas was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

2/21/2012 @ 9:24 PM, RONALD DWAYNE LUMPKIN, 34, of Robicheaux Lane - Franklin, LA

was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with Failure To Appear for Revocation Review. Mr. Lumpkin was processed and released to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office.

2/21/2012 @ 9:46 PM, RAY ANTHONY MILLER, 28, of Cypress Street - Franklin, LA

was arrested and charged with Remaining Where Forbidden. Mr. Miller was processed and held on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

2/21/2012 @ 9:57 PM, CLAUDE COLBERT, 38, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA

was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated - 2nd offense, No Drivers License and Impeding The Flow of Traffic. Mr. Colbert was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

2/22/2012 @ 12:31 AM, CHRISTOPHER PAUL WALTER, 30, of JA Hernandez - Franklin, LA

was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court, charging him with Failure To Appear on the charge of Operating a Vehicle Without Proper Required Equipment. Mr. Walter was processed and held on a $299.50 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
