The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
2/7/2012 @ 11:01 PM, TAKEILA LAQUAN ROUCHON, 29, of Blakesley Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a warrant issued by Probation & Parole, charging her with Probation Violation. Ms. Rouchon was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release.
